The Standard is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits National Accounts Sales and/or Account Management professional to transition into a Training & Development Specialist role within their National Accounts and large case segment. This role is responsible for developing the capabilities of Sales and Client Management professionals across regional and national account segments. The focus is on field sales execution, client management excellence, and broker engagement, ensuring employees have the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors to compete effectively. The role requires strong facilitation, consulting, and leadership capabilities, serving as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and translating field realities into actionable training strategies to enhance sales performance and client outcomes.
