About The Position
This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, tunnel equipment, and what not to wash. The team member will greet guests, safely guide and load vehicles, use a bug prep gun, remove mud, perform safety inspections, make key adjustments to car wash equipment, and be knowledgeable on E-Stop locations. They will handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely, be responsible for the vacuum service process, and participate in the nightly close down checklist. Additionally, they will engage with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, be knowledgeable on 3 Single Wash packages, inform guests about Memberships, present our Difference, and train new Team Members. They will aid in member visit success rate, including License Plate Recognition/RFID sticker reads. The role involves observing the vacuum area for guest satisfaction, being knowledgeable on membership management, and being fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process. The team member will complete the daily shift report, maintain a clean and organized car wash facility, and learn to safely open and close the car wash with leadership. They will safely use ladders, engage the e-stop while cleaning, and gain backroom safety and equipment knowledge. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct is required. This includes following Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals. Assisting in cleaning the facility, including equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trashcans, and the lot, is also a responsibility. The role requires willingness to work in all weather conditions and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Team members will be on their feet 100% of the day and outside. Attendance at all mandatory training sessions, team meetings, and cleaning is expected.

Responsibilities
- Greet guest as they approach the car wash tunnel

- Remove mud in wheel wells when appropriate
- Perform safety inspection of vehicles before wash
- Make key adjustments to car wash equipment
