As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The East Coast Hub & Commercialization Executive Operations Manager serves as a trusted operational and administrative partner to the Chief Global Commercialization Officer (CGCO) and the eCLT while leading day-to-day operation of Revolution Medicines' East Coast office in Plainsboro, NJ. This role provides executive support, oversees site operations, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, foster site-wide alignment and co-create an exceptional employee experience with senior leaders. The role also serves as the coordinating lead for the Commercialization administrative community, driving best practices, consistent ways of working and strong collaboration among administrative team members supporting leaders across the global Commercialization organization. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, exercises independent and sound judgment, builds strong partnerships across the organization, and help establish scalable office operations that support continued growth.
