About The Position

Prudential and PGIM are proud to offer the Early Talent Academy, an interactive, exploratory program designed for first‑ and second‑year college students who are curious about careers in financial services and global asset management. This program is ideal for students who are early in their career journey and looking to gain exposure, build confidence, and better understand the skills, roles, and pathways within our industry — no prior experience in financial services required. Participants will begin with a virtual Discovery Day, followed by a virtual learning series focused on professional development, industry education, and networking with Prudential and PGIM professionals. The program is designed to help students prepare to be competitive candidates for Summer 2027 internship opportunities.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
Graduation date of May 2028 or May 2029.
Open to all majors and fields of study.
Ability to attend the full program, including Discovery Day and the virtual learning series.
Must have authorization to work in the U.S. (Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this program).
Students with limited or no prior exposure to the financial services industry are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Attend the Prudential & PGIM Early Talent Discovery Day on June 17, 2026.
Participate in a virtual learning series throughout June and July, including professional development workshops, industry-focused learning sessions, and career exploration and networking with business professionals.
Complete a short HireVue video assessment as part of the application process.
