Early Preschool Teacher
About The Position
The Learning Experience - Glen Mills is seeking a reliable, caring, and energetic Early Preschool / Prepper Teacher for their 2½ - 3 year-old classroom. This role involves creating a safe, fun, and engaging classroom environment, assisting with daily lessons, activities, play, meals, rest, and classroom routines. The teacher will actively supervise and care for children, maintain a clean and organized classroom, communicate positively with parents and families, and work closely with other teachers and center leadership while adhering to all childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance
- Genuine love for working with young children
- Positive, energetic, patient, and professional demeanor
- Able to work well with a team and accept coaching
- Previous preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience preferred
- Must meet applicable state childcare licensing and background requirements
Nice To Haves
- CDA, ECE coursework, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is a plus
