This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop the store, and finding what they need. The role ensures all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises, and assisting customers with product location and solutions. The role also involves executing cash handling to standards, engaging customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and completing enrollments. Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) are also key functions. The position participates in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and is responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go-back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs are also part of the role. The team member will interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive and respectful, promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values, and project a positive image as a role model. This role may also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production. Other duties may be assigned.
