This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise stocking, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also involves participating in stocking and planogram processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Team members are expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interact positively with others, and serve as role models. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
