About The Position

Assisting Hands Littleton is hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers who want meaningful, flexible work while making a real difference in clients’ lives and helping provide peace of mind to their families. We are looking for caregivers who love helping others and don’t mind getting an early start to their day, ready to start their morning with purpose at 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM. We proudly support clients in Littleton, Lakewood, and Highlands Ranch. We are looking for flexibility, especially in the mornings, with early morning availability (7:30 AM / 8:00 AM start) being highly desired. As a private-duty agency, hours are not guaranteed. Every day is different, but always meaningful, involving personal care and daily living support, safe mobility and transfers, companionship and emotional support, light housekeeping and meal preparation, transportation and errands, and medication reminders.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (in-home or facility)
• High school diploma or GED; must be 18+
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Clear background check and CAPS check
• Three professional references
• Negative TB test (within 30 days of hire)
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate attitude

• Early morning availability (7:30 AM / 8:00 AM start) is highly desired.
