About The Position

Assisting Hands Littleton is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers who desire meaningful, flexible work and want to make a real difference in clients' lives. This role is for individuals who love helping others and are comfortable with early morning starts, typically around 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM. The agency serves clients in Littleton, Lakewood, and Highlands Ranch. While hours are not guaranteed as it is a private-duty agency, flexibility, especially in the mornings, is highly desired.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (in-home or facility)
• High school diploma or GED; must be 18+
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Clear background check and CAPS check
• Three professional references
• Negative TB test (within 30 days of hire)
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate attitude

Nice To Haves

• Early morning availability (7:30 AM / 8:00 AM start) is highly desired.
