About The Position

Assisting Hands Littleton is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers who desire meaningful, flexible work and want to make a real difference in clients' lives. This role is ideal for individuals who love helping others and are comfortable with early morning starts, typically between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM. The agency supports clients in Littleton, Lakewood, and Highlands Ranch. While flexibility is valued, especially in the mornings, it's important to note that as a private-duty agency, hours are not guaranteed. The position involves providing personal care, supporting daily living activities, assisting with safe mobility and transfers, offering companionship and emotional support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, errands, and medication reminders.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (in-home or facility)
• High school diploma or GED; must be 18+
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Clear background check and CAPS check
• Three professional references
• Negative TB test (within 30 days of hire)
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate attitude

Nice To Haves

• Early morning availability (7:30 AM / 8:00 AM start) is highly desired.
