This full-time/part-time position involves providing early intervention services to infants and toddlers from birth to three years old with developmental delays or at risk for delays. The role requires establishing professional relationships with families, providing services in natural environments, conducting comprehensive assessments, and coaching families and caregivers. The Early Interventionist will work with families to create learning opportunities, provide information on research and evidence-based practices, take detailed notes, write reports, and develop functional Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals. The position also involves monitoring IFSPs, functioning as a member of an interdisciplinary team, consulting with other professionals, and ensuring client records are maintained confidentially and accurately. The role requires travel within an established territory and attendance at required meetings and trainings.
