Provides early intervention services to infants and toddlers from birth to three years old with developmental delays or who are at risk for delays. Services are provided in the natural environment (home, daycare, community settings) and focus on cognition, language/communication, gross and fine motor, social, and self-help development. The role involves conducting comprehensive family and child assessments, coaching families and caregivers to enhance the child's learning opportunities, and developing functional Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals. The Early Interventionist also functions as a member of an interdisciplinary team, maintains client records, and adheres to program policies and procedures.
