About The Position

T & K Pediatric Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Early Interventionist to join our pediatric therapy team in Jamestown, North Dakota. This role supports infants and young children who are experiencing developmental delays or are at risk for developmental challenges. You will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized early intervention services that promote growth, independence, and long-term developmental success. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Social Work, Nursing, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Conduct developmental evaluations and assessments for infants and young children
Identify developmental delays and create individualized intervention plans
Deliver direct early intervention services focused on developmental goals
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Track progress, update treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
Provide coaching and support to families for developmental activities at home and in the community
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
Use evidence-based practices to support developmental progress and outcomes
