The Behavioral Interventionist will coordinate and oversee behavioral RTI systems and interventions. This role involves leading Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 behavioral support planning and implementation, analyzing behavioral data, referrals, and progress monitoring systems. The interventionist will work directly with students, support classroom management, prevention strategies, and Tier 2 intervention development. Additionally, they will conduct behavioral audits, assist with refining referral processes and procedures, facilitate intervention meetings, and support team collaboration. The position also includes providing coaching, modeling, and professional development for staff, supporting student onboarding into schoolwide expectations and systems, coordinating universal behavioral screeners, and implementing restorative practices. Ongoing communication with staff, families, and stakeholders is essential.
