About The Position

Join People Incorporated’s Early Intervention team and help children birth to 3 thrive in their natural environments! This part-time role involves providing therapy and assessments in homes and community settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting families with advocacy, referrals, and guidance. The position also offers opportunities for professional growth through supervision of students and assistants, as well as certification and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Licensed SLP in Massachusetts
• Experience with feeding, autism, or social communication preferred
• Passion for pediatric early intervention
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening
• Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required

• Early Intervention experience is preferred
