About The Position

Young Interventions, Inc. is seeking a BILINGUAL Early Intervention Specialist in Santa Clara County, specifically in the city of San Jose and surrounding areas. This position can be either part-time or full-time, requiring at least 20 client hours per week plus drive time. The organization's mission is to improve the quality of life for infants and toddlers with or at risk of developing developmental disabilities. The role involves working with children in family homes to implement personalized, family-focused treatment programs using a Routines-Based Parent Coaching Model to help children reach developmental milestones. The position requires home visits in San Jose and surrounding areas (Milpitas, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View), with a possibility of virtual sessions. Caseloads may include a mix of in-person and virtual services based on client needs or preferences.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required (Child Development, Psychology, or related field)
Solid knowledge of basic stages of Infant / Toddler Child Development
Minimum of 1-year experience working with children 0-5 years
Ability to speak and read fluently in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin is REQUIRED
Hold a valid Driver's License
Have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various home-based sites throughout the day (within 30 mile radius)
Maintain current Vehicle Insurance & Registration
Maintain current CPR Certification (Infant, Child & Adult)
Have current TB
