About The Position

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Early Intervention Specialist to provide injury prevention services onsite for a large automobile manufacturer in Montgomery. We strive to increase the industrial athlete’s ability to perform their job duties safely and decrease the risk of injury through intervention at the early onset of discomfort in a dynamic work environment. Consistent schedule with a consistent 40-hour workweek Shift differential for night and weekend work Quarterly KPI bonus potential!

Requirements

• A background in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Health & Wellness, Health Promotion, Human Performance, Public Health, Physical Education, Fitness, Personal Training, or Athletics
• CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it before start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
• The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the entire assigned shift
• A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
• Be able to maintain confidentiality
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations, preferred
• Previous ergonomic and/or occupational health experience is a plus
