About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking two School Psychologists to support learners aged Birth–5 in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. This high-impact, on-site opportunity involves working across communities in the Salem, OR area to provide comprehensive psychological services for early childhood intervention.

Requirements

  • Master’s, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Active Oregon School Psychologist License
  • Must complete two sets of fingerprints and background checks for school clearance

  • Prior K–12 or early childhood school-based experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive psychological services for a diverse caseload ranging from birth to five years of age
  • Conduct on-site observations within school settings to determine eligibility for special education services
  • Partner with educators and families to develop tailored support plans that address the developmental needs of early learners
  • Utilize district-provided laptop to maintain accurate records and facilitate data-driven decision-making
