About The Position

We're looking for a dedicated Early Head Start Teacher to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children from birth to age 3 and their families. As an Early Head Start Teacher, you'll be a vital part of a collaborative classroom team, providing high-quality care and education in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education (infant/toddler focus), or Infant Toddler CDA credential
• At least 1 year of related experience

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Human Development (infant/toddler focus)
• Experience with Early Head Start programs
• Experience working with infants/toddlers, teen mothers, or families experiencing homelessness
• Bilingual skills in languages spoken by the families we serve

Responsibilities

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging space for infants and toddlers
• Supporting children's development through intentional play and learning activities
• Building strong, respectful relationships with families
• Ensuring the well-being, supervision, and daily care of children in your classroom
