About The Position

Tutors will provide targeted reading/ELA and mathematics support to students in Grades 2nd–4th. The program will run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. As an Education Champion, you'll provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects like Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents exam prep. You’ll collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive academically and personally. Requirements

• Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school.
• Available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
