This position supports the functions of the Early Education Director and Department by providing administrative and clerical support. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing tuition billing and payments, data entry, and reporting. The Administrative Assistant also ensures classrooms maintain proper ratios, covers for absent teachers, and assists in the kitchen when the food coordinator is unavailable.
