Early Childhood Teaching Assistant - Part Time
About The Position
Join Our Passionate Teaching Team at the Ginsburg Solomon Schechter Early Childhood Center. This part time (20 hours per week) position is from 12:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday (except in winter, Fridays are 10:00 to 2:00). As a teacher with us, you’ll work with 2- to 5-year-olds, guiding them on a Jewish journey of discovery and growth in a warm, supportive atmosphere. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Background in Jewish Early Childhood Education, Reggio Emilia philosophy, with DCFS Lead Teacher qualifications (Hebrew proficiency is a plus!)
- A love for fostering growth through play-based, hands-on learning

- Collaborate and Communicate: Share insights and updates with parents, create visible displays of children’s learning, and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and respectful work culture.
