About The Position

The Learning Experience is hiring caring and dependable educators for Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher positions across infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. We are seeking team members who are passionate about early childhood education and creating engaging learning environments where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.

Requirements

High school diploma required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, nurturing, and professional approach
Availability Monday–Friday required

Nice To Haves

Prior childcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

Support daily classroom routines and learning activities
Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Encourage children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers
Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members
Collaborate with center leadership to maintain classroom consistency and quality
Follow all state licensing and safety requirements
