About Goodstart Tamworth – Brisbane Street: At Goodstart Tamworth – Brisbane Street, we’re offering more than just a role in early childhood education – we’re inviting you to be part of a vibrant, close-knit community where your passion and skills will flourish. Our 66-place centre, nestled in a peaceful suburban location close to town, is home to a team of 13 dedicated Early Childhood Professionals who believe in the power of teamwork, mutual respect, and a flexible work culture that makes a real difference for both educators and children alike. Part Time Opportunity – Flexible work like balance or; Fulltime role with the added perk of a Rostered Day Off (RDO). Our set shifts throughout the week are designed to help you achieve the perfect balance between work and life. A minimum of 2 hours off the floor each week for programming, you’ll have the dedicated time and space to plan without interruptions, supported by our well-equipped programming room with computers and iPads. Our centre features two 3–5-year-old rooms with a daily capacity of up to 20 children. Purpose-built outdoor area is something truly special – a unique space designed to spark imagination, creativity, and exploration in both children and educators. Located close to local schools and community facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)

  • Prior experience as a Teacher in a school or early learning setting
