About The Position
ACCESS is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead a preschool classroom of three-year-old children. This inclusive preschool classroom brings together children with developmental delays and typically developing children in a supportive environment where every child is encouraged to learn, grow, and thrive. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Early Childhood Special Education, or Special Education required
- Previous classroom teaching experience with three-year-old children required
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current auto liability insurance and registration
- Clean driving record
- Physical ability to drive to local locations throughout Arkansas

- Teacher certification is not required

- Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for three-year-old children
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development
- Foster independence, curiosity, and a love of learning
- Build positive relationships with families and team members
- Collaborate with therapists and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom
