About The Position

ECE Subhub is hiring Early Childhood Substitute Teachers to support classrooms serving children ages 0–5. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children, wants a flexible weekday schedule, and is looking to gain meaningful experience in early childhood education. As a substitute teacher, you will work alongside early childhood teams to help create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children. This position is a great fit for retirees, college students, individuals reentering the workforce, or anyone looking for part-time to full-time weekday work in early childhood education. Substitute teachers can choose where they work and must be available at least two days per week.

Requirements

• Experience working with children from birth through age 5
• Associate degree or 18 college credits in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Human Services, Youth or Family Studies, or Elementary Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Family or Youth Studies, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education with ZA or ZS endorsement, Human Services, or Child Development
• Current CDA credential

Nice To Haves

• CPR Adult and Pediatric Certification is preferred.
