About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Early Childhood Special Education Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year in the greater Coon Rapids, Minnesota area. These are in-person, full-time school-based roles, with 37.5 paid hours per week. Available assignments include a full-time position serving a caseload of children ages 3–5 in Coon Rapids and a long-term substitute position from January through June in a co-taught classroom serving children ages 3–5 in Anoka. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education or a related field.
• Active Minnesota Early Childhood Special Education Teacher license through PELSB, Tier 3 or Tier 4.
