Early Childhood Project Implementation Lead
About The Position
This role involves leading an innovative early childhood allied health project aimed at strengthening workforce capacity and expanding access to support for children in Early Childhood Education Centres (ECEC). The Project Implementation Lead will manage the project from planning through implementation and evaluation. This includes working with allied health professionals, leadership, and stakeholders to establish an AHA-led group intervention model. This model will enable AHA cadets to deliver evidence-informed, play-based programs under the supervision of qualified allied health professionals. The goal is to support more children and services, allowing AHPs to focus on assessment, supervision, and escalation.
Requirements
- Experienced and highly competent allied health clinician.
- Recognised qualification within an Allied Health profession.
- Eligible for full membership of the relevant professional association.
- Skills to lead a project.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience in project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
