About The Position
The Red Barn Child Care Center & Preschool is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven early childhood leader to join the leadership team at our locally family-owned organization. We are looking for a Director who can lead with confidence, build strong teams, support families well, and create a positive, professional center culture where children and staff thrive. This role is ideal for someone who leads with both warmth and accountability, understands Tennessee licensing requirements, can coach and develop teachers, values organization and consistency, builds trust with families, and is energized by growth and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Tennessee Director qualifications required
- Previous child care leadership experience required in a large center-based setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams positively and professionally
