Requirements

Previous experience working with children ages 0–6 (e.g., daycare, preschool, nannying, early learning center, or youth programming).
CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
A genuine passion for child development and helping children learn through play and discovery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, equally comfortable engaging with kids and parents.
Dependable, consistent, and enthusiastic.
Team-oriented and adaptable within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and engage children (ages 0–6) in play-based activities and “Moments” classes following Cloudbound’s structured curriculum.
Foster curiosity, confidence, and connection through guided exploration and creative play.
Provide individualized attention, adapting to the developmental needs of each child.
Build warm, consistent relationships with both children and parents, becoming a trusted, familiar presence.
Communicate clearly and professionally with caregivers, sharing updates, encouragement, and insights.
Ensure every family feels welcomed, valued, and cared for during their visit.
Maintain a safe and clean play environment by monitoring play areas, addressing hazards promptly, and completing incident or safety reports when required.
Support day-to-day operational needs such as resetting play zones, sanitizing toys, and preparing classrooms or activity areas.
Follow all safety, cleanliness, and child supervision standards established by Cloudbound policies.
Work closely with other CloudGuides, CloudHosts, and CloudAssociates to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure operational flow and guest satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture by modeling empathy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
