About The Position

Joy of Learning Kids Academy (JOL) is seeking an Early Childhood Lead Teacher. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their teaching career who is looking for a school where their ideas, energy, and growth are valued. Requirements

• CDA or college coursework (6 ECE credit hours).
• Passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills.
• A desire to grow and learn.

• Create a warm, engaging, and joyful classroom.
• Lead hands-on, play-based learning experiences.
• Support children’s social and emotional development.
• Partner with families.
• Learn and apply Montessori & Reggio practices.
