MECA Therapies is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Early Childhood Intake Coordinator (ECIC) to join our Early Intervention team. As the largest pediatric rehabilitation provider in New Mexico, MECA is dedicated to providing high-quality services and support to children and families throughout the communities we serve. The ECIC plays an important role in coordinating the initial evaluation and Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) process while supporting compliance with New Mexico FIT and ECECD requirements. The Early Childhood Intake Coordinator (ECIC) is responsible for overseeing and completing the initial evaluation and Initial IFSP process for children entering Early Intervention services. The ECIC coordinates with families, Family Service Coordinators, Developmental Specialists, therapists, and regional leadership to ensure evaluations and Initial IFSPs are completed accurately and within required timelines. This position also supports quality assurance, file auditing, staff training, caseload assignments, data management, and compliance with MECA, ECECD, New Mexico FIT, state, and federal requirements. Services and responsibilities may be performed in provider locations, homes, and community settings throughout the assigned region.
