Connecticut is investing in early childhood education through a historic Early Child Education Endowment and a statewide goal to expand affordable, high-quality child care. Since 2020, Social Impact Partners (SIP) has supported this work through partnership with the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood, contributions to the Blue Ribbon Panel on Child Care, Child Care for CT, and direct support to ECE organizations that are essential to Connecticut’s children, families, workforce, and communities. SIP is seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organized contractor to provide administrative, logistical, and project support for SIP's Early Child Education Growth Accelerator. This role offers the opportunity to help mission-driven organizations become stronger, more sustainable, and better positioned to serve children and families. The contractor will help ensure program preparation, cohort sessions, and follow-up activities run smoothly, with a focus on strong execution, organization, and attention to detail. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and provide occasional in-person logistical support.
