Requirements
- Passionate about early childhood education
- Warm, patient, and energetic
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Experienced working with young children (2+ years preferred-babysitting, nannying, or childcare experience counts!)
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification-we'll help!)
- Able to meet all PA childcare licensing requirements

- Lead fun, hands-on learning activities using our curriculum
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence
- Celebrate each child's milestones and developmental growth
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
- Collaborate with a supportive teaching team that truly enjoys working together
- Help children develop socially, emotionally, and academically through positive guidance
