About The Position
This position involves providing education and social guidance to young children. The role includes the development and execution of learning plans tailored to the needs of each child.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Child Development Associate (certification) (CDA) or a willingness to obtain
- Those currently working on a degree in early childhood experience are not required to obtain the CDA
- Experience in a child development setting may replace the CDA requirement
