Requirements

  • Previous experience with babysitting or childcare, preschool, or related field.
  • Level 2 certification required.
  • Ability to work with children of varying age groups and developmental stages.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Background check required upon offer of employment

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise and monitor children and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Assist with feeding, diaper changes, and other personal care needs.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and educational experiences to promote learning and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, keep them informed about children’s progress and needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that is conducive to learning and playing.
  • Watch for signs of emotional or developmental concerns and report them to parents or supervisors.
  • Maintain records of children’s attendance, progress, and any relevant information.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
