About The Position
Lilypad is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to work with children across all age ranges. This position involves providing education and social guidance, and developing and executing learning plans tailored to each child's needs. The role requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Child Development Associate (certification) (CDA) or a willingness to obtain
- Those currently working on a degree in early childhood experience are not required to obtain the CDA
- Experience in a child development setting may replace the CDA requirement
