Requirements

Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2 or Level 3 Certification.
Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check (or ability to obtain).
Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Level B Certification.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
Plan and implement an emergent curriculum that supports children's development.
Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and behavioural well-being.
Complete attendance tracking and health and safety checks.
Collaborate with professionals including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists as required.
Assist children with transitions into and out of classrooms.
Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.
