About The Position

People Incorporated is excited to open a new, state-of-the-art Early Education Center this summer and is looking for dedicated, compassionate, and creative Infant/Toddler Teachers to join their growing team. This role offers a positive, supportive, and innovative environment where employees can make a real impact in the lives of children and families. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and includes 4 weeks of vacation and tuition assistance.

Requirements

Education and experience meeting Massachusetts EEC credentialing standards
Minimum of 9 months of experience in an early education setting
Must pass all required background checks

Nice To Haves

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Experience in NAEYC-accredited programs is a plus
Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
Support infants and toddlers in all areas of development
Maintain strong communication with families and team members
Monitor progress and conduct developmental screenings
Ensure full compliance with EEC regulations and NAEYC standards
