Early Childhood Educator Sports Coach - SUMMER ONLY
About The Position
Amazing Athletes is seeking coaches for a SUMMER ONLY multi-sport enrichment program. The program focuses on promoting life skills through sports in a non-competitive, fun, and stress-free environment. Coaches will use individual attention, positive reinforcement, and a ready-made curriculum with extensive training to ensure every child's success. The role involves working with children aged 3-6 years old, teaching them fundamental sports skills and promoting physical activity. The company was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nation's largest multi-sport enrichment programs with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year. This position offers above-average pay, on-the-job training, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs. Coaches are expected to be open-minded, continuously learn, and follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum.
Requirements
- Availability from July 1st to August 31st.
- Availability for classes Monday-Friday between 9:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm-5:00 pm.
- Ability to travel up to 30-45 minutes to class locations.
- Open-mindedness and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Willingness to be open to feedback and attend trainings.
- Candidates are recommended to be fully vaccinated upon commencing employment, subject to legally required exemptions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with young children.

- First aid certification (sponsored by the company).
Responsibilities
