We are currently hiring for the following positions at our Winnipeg location: 1 Full-Time Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2 On‑Call Supply Child Care Assistants (CCA). Requirements

• ECE Certification (Level 2 required; Level 3 an asset)
• Child Care Assistant certification or relevant experience working with children preferred
• Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
• Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Level B
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 45 pounds
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and co-workers
• Ability to utilize computer systems for documentation, reporting, and classroom operations
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Ability to take initiative inside and outside the classroom
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Level 3 ECE Certification an asset

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation, reporting, and record keeping
• Implement an Emergent Curriculum
• Support children’s emotional, physical, and behavioural well-being while fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain attendance records and health and safety checks
• Work collaboratively with professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists as required
• Support children through classroom transitions
• Meet and maintain all classroom ratios as outlined
• Participate actively in team meetings and workshops
