About The Position

Early Childhood Educator (Floater) at Temple Sinai Preschool. This role is for a flexible, relationship-driven individual who enjoys supporting different classrooms, colleagues, and building connections within the school community. The preschool believes in play-based learning, collaboration, and fostering a warm, professional team environment. The Floater Teacher is an essential part of the school, stepping into classrooms to support teaching teams, maintain continuity, and ensure the day runs smoothly. They will build meaningful relationships with children across age groups, help create calm and engaging learning environments, support play-based learning experiences, use positive guidance for social-emotional development, and collaborate with a supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, teamwork, and being a steady, supportive presence.

Requirements

• Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Strong emotional awareness, patience, and flexibility
• Ability to be active throughout the day (including lifting up to 40 lbs.)
