About The Position
The Learning Experience is seeking certified Preschool Teachers to join their team and guide children ages 3-5 in a structured, engaging classroom environment. At The Learning Experience, they create joyful early learning environments where children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. Their teachers bring the L.E.A.P. curriculum to life through hands-on experiences that support school readiness and social-emotional growth.
Requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required
- Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a daycare or preschool classroom preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Responsibilities
- Lead daily preschool classroom activities in a safe, nurturing setting
- Implement lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Support early literacy, math readiness, and problem-solving skills
- Encourage independence and positive peer interactions
- Maintain classroom organization and licensing compliance
- Communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones
