About The Position
The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Education Teacher to support children during important stages of growth and development. This role focuses on creating engaging classroom experiences where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn through hands-on activities, structured routines, and positive relationships. This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working in a collaborative childcare setting and making a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners and their families. At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior childcare or preschool experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, patient, and professional approach to working with children
- Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
Responsibilities
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Support daily routines and age-appropriate learning activities
- Encourage social, emotional, language, and cognitive development
- Maintain classroom organization and safety standards
- Guide children through transitions, group activities, and classroom expectations
- Build strong relationships with families and teaching team members
- Support classroom engagement through play-based learning experiences
- Follow all state licensing and health and safety requirements
