About The Position

The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking certified Toddler Teachers to support children during an important stage of language development, independence, and social-emotional growth. This role focuses on creating engaging classroom experiences through structured routines, hands-on learning, and positive teacher-child relationships. At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.

Requirements

• Massachusetts EEC Toddler Teacher certification required
• Reliable and nurturing teaching approach
• Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prior toddler classroom experience preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom routines for toddler-aged children
• Support early communication and social-emotional development
• Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and classroom centers
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones
• Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements
