The Director of Operations is a key leadership role responsible for the overall operational excellence of The Goddard School of Moore. Reporting to the School Owners (and partnering closely with the Director of Education), this position oversees daily operations, ensures full compliance with state regulations and brand standards, manages staff and resources, and drives enrollment and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a genuine passion for early childhood education who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is critical to creating a safe, positive, and high-performing culture for children, families, and staff.
