About The Position

Tri-County Technical College’s Business and Public Services Division is seeking dynamic, nurturing, and engaging Early Care and Education Adjunct Instructors. The position teaches Early Care and Education courses using systematically planned and delivered instruction, maintains records of students’ academic progress and attendance, evaluates achievement, and assigns grades. The role reports to the Early Care and Education program coordinator.

Classes are offered during the day and evening. Instruction is face-to-face at one of the college’s four community campuses. The role is part-time. Spring 2027 classes start January 11, 2027.

Requirements

• A master's degree in early childhood education or a closely related field.
• Work experience in an early care and education setting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NAEYC accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach Early Care and Education courses using systematically planned and delivered instruction.
