About The Position
The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking an experienced leader for their Early Childhood Center Director position. This role involves balancing operational excellence with exceptional customer service, creating a positive work environment for teachers, and fostering a love of learning in children. The Center Directors at The Learning Experience act as business leaders, instructional coaches, mentors, and community ambassadors.
Requirements
- Early childhood leadership experience
- Massachusetts Director Certification
- Knowledge of EEC regulations
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to motivate and develop teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee school operations and financial performance
- Ensure licensing compliance and classroom quality
- Hire and develop outstanding teachers
- Coach leadership staff and classroom teams
- Increase enrollment and strengthen family retention
- Maintain outstanding customer experiences
- Partner with local businesses and community organizations
