The Learning Experience focuses on making early education joyful, engaging, and fun, with a curriculum centered on the six ages and stages of early childhood development, utilizing hands-on activities and unique characters to bring learning to life.

Requirements

• Early childhood leadership experience
• Massachusetts Director Certification
• Knowledge of EEC regulations
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to motivate and develop teams

• Oversee school operations and financial performance
