About The Position

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. This role involves working 1:1 with children in a clinic or in-home setting, actively engaging them through play to help them meet their goals. The technician will use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills. Responsibilities also include collecting progress data, collaborating with supervising BCBAs, and supporting families through parent training and communication. The work environment is active, requiring comfort working inside client homes, visiting neighborhoods, and supporting clinic-based needs. Flexibility and a high-energy attitude are highly valued.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required.
Reliable transportation to travel to the clinic and/or client homes in the Ontario area.
Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required (company will help study and cover the cost).

Nice To Haves

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a passion for working with children are encouraged to apply.
Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.
Active CPR certification is preferred.
